Creating notes

HI BP,

I only done 1 deal in the last 2-3 years(birddog) while I'm paying down some debt, anyway this pass summer I became a small lender. I created 3 promissory notes. One thing I did was look for partners, I tried to do everything myself, and of course i'm stubborn so it took me only 3-4 years to realize I can't do this myself. But i'm looking forward to more networking events and creating more Joint Venture & Partnerships.
