Rio Rancho Real Estate Market
The real estate market in the Rio Rancho New Mexico seems to be slowing down. In April of 2014, the number of homes that went into pending was down 40% on a year over year basis. This is huge, especially since this time of year experiences a significant increase in the number of sales. Unofficial number of homes that went into pending for May 2014 are down about 32%. This is a disturbing indicator as this is typically a very strong time of year for this market. One data point is not a trend and neither is two data points.
