The number of homes sold in the Albuquerque housing increased by 11.75% to 523 in October 2014 compared to 468 in October 2013.
The number of homes pended in the Albuquerque housing increased by 5.37% to 549 in October 2014 compared to 521 in October 2013. Pended homes is defined as the buyer and seller have agreed to terms on the sale of the home. However, the transaction is not complete and is an indicator to future home sales in Albuquerque.
The average sales price of Albuquerque homes increased by 5.43% to $219,544 in October 2014 compared to $208,229 in October 2013.
The median sales price of Albuquerque homes increased by 6.47% to $181,000 in October 2014 compared to $170,000 in October 2013.
The number of new Albuquerque homes for sale increased by 11% to 908 in October 2014 compared to 818 in October 2013.
The total inventory of homes for sale in Albuquerque increased by 7.48% to 2,740 in October 2014 compared to 2,547 in October 2013.
The number of days on market to sell a home in Albuquerque decreased by 3.23% to 60 in October 2014 compared to 62 in October 2013.
