First Steps

So I've read a lot of advice for beginner investors and one thing that's consistent is to treat RE Investing like a business. With that said it's time to consider the planning i.e business plan and education. I've added several books to my Kindle and have already thought about which areas/neighbor hoods I'd like to start with here in South Florida. This week I will finish my business plan. I'll keep it simple but definite in terms of goals and how to achieve them. There's so much literature available that it can be a bit mind boggling. So I am open to any highly recommended books or authors.
