Bank owned homes are still out there

As a bank owned listing agent for OneWest Bank (formerly IndyMac) I have seen a slow down in assignments as the market has improved, but that doesn't mean bank owned inventory is a thing of the past. I recently received two new assignments, one sold to a fix and sell investor, and the orther is in pre-market and is also a fixer in need of rehab and ready to be discounted.
