Trust deed investors act in the capacity of a lender and earn interest paid by the borrower over the duration of that loan. Their investment is secured by a trust deed recorded on property owned by the borrower. Trust Deed investments are typically secured at 65% or below of the property value and earning a net yield of 10%+ annually.
