Trust Deeds are an excellent source of high yield, consistent monthly cash flow. Unlike owning "hands-on" rental property, a trust deed investor is simply acting in the capacity of a lender and earning monthly interest income while secured on a real estate asset.

The webinar will focus on the basics of trust deed investing. We will cover such topics as (1) What is a Trust Deed, (2) How to structure a trust deed to maximize returns and minimize risk, (3) Managing a trust deed to achieve ultimate success, (4) Locating trust deeds in your market.

Over the last 10 years, I have funded over 300 trust deeds earning an average annual yield of 11.3%. Considering that the average loan was only 57% of the property value and over 95% of the loans were secured on property within a 30 minute drive, trust deeds have provided me an attractive risk adjusted return.
