Recent Funding: $525,000 Fix & Flip Loan

I would like to highlight a recent transaction funded by TaliMar Financial in San Diego, CA. The loan amount was $525,000 and secured in 1st position on a single family home. The Borrower intends to rehab the property and once completed, list the property for sale. 

The borrower originally brought the project to us in mid-2019 after he connected with the seller who was planning to move out of state. The property was in poor condition and the seller wasn't in a position to rehab the property. Our borrower offered to purchase the property using a Proof of Funds letter by TaliMar. Over the course of the year, our borrower continued to follow up with the seller until the seller agreed to the offer and closed.

It was a win-win for all parties and we are excited to have funded another successful loan.
