I want to make a lot of offers at 70% of ARV minus repairs. Some could be REO's. Some might be properties that I find by driving for dollars, still others could be probate inheritances or preforeclosures. If you have another creative idea, I am ALWAYS open to new suggestions. Have not started mailing yet, although I am contemplating this now.

I am finding that the Investor's who can renovate for $40.00 to $50.00/sq ft are having the most luck getting their offers accepted. If I know how competitive you can build for, I can better tailor my presentation to you, and my offers to the seller or agent.
