1st Post.....My introduction

Real Estate has always been a part of my life. This is my ongoing journey.....

Seems that I always knew that Real Estate in some form would be my life and business. From day one, I looked forward to owning a property and then properties.

Purchased my first property conventionally and made some great equity shortly after the purchase. Sold it and then did not know how to move forward. I did not have the education at the time as I do now. Tip: Find a Great Realtor.

It took me forever to get property number two. Another SFR, I have held it as a buy and hold now for quite a few years. Seems that it has paid for itself. Unfortunately, looking to sell it. Life has gone down a path that I was not expecting.

Any funds that I have left over after closing will be my seed money for my next project and the start of my financial freedom!

Somewhere between the purchase of #2 and now, I ruined my credit. It does not take much when you do not set yourself up properly and lose a job that pays all of your expenses. My new job pretty much has me living paycheck to paycheck.

As this is my first blog ever, I am not sure if questions may be asked or exactly how it works.

I welcome all your questions. If I can help you, just ask. If any of the above is interesting to you, I can elaborate if desired.
