Day 2 of my 10 day Whole Sell Commitment

I'm up early and headed to work for the "man" but that's not going to stop me from putting forth the effort needed to land me a whole sell deal today! My determination and drive is higher than normal. I have to keep a positive attitude so that I can attract the energy necessary to allow my goals to flow towards me. Today I am summoning a deal to come towards my way.

July 2

I have returned from the "job" and now I'm racking my brain on how to find me a good deal. I have placed several calls with Banks and their REO departments but of course I haven't had a return call from anyone yet. Nevertheless, I'm pushing forward and I will figure out which method works best for me. I drove by an abandon house on my way from work so I'll start there. I looked up all of the information I could find on the house and I'm going to see if I can send the owner a flyer on who I am and what I do. I think distressed properties are good leagues but they can also tie up your time/energy by finding out what actually happened to the homeowner that landed them in this predicament in the first place. I found the information I needed on the county auditors page and I'm sending out a flyer. This method is a "watch the paint dry" way of doing things but have patience grasshopper.

It is really late and I have to get up and head in to the "job" in the morning but I came across a website that has live real estate auctions. Being the curious creature that I am, I will stay up another half an hour and investigate.  WOW! I placed a bid on line on a house and it was accepted. Huh? I won? I must be tired because the site says that I was the highest bidder and my offer met the minimum requirements for the owner. I'm in shock. What did I just do? I certainly don't have that kind of money available to purchase this house but the name of the game is "whole selling" not "buy and hold" Sigh, what am I doing?

I have my first property under contract. It wasn't hard but boy do I feel stressed about getting this deal done. There is plenty of equity in the house but I have no clue on if I can get this deal done. I will stop with all that negativity and get myself together. I can do anything I set my mind to. I will accomplish this deal. I will find a cash buyer to assign this contract to and I will benefit from the experience.

It's later than before and I have to go to bed. I found a place to look for properties and possibly locate some good deals. Now, my goal is locating a buyer. That will be my task for tomorrow. Good night
