Closing 08/18 on House #3

Strange thing about HUD.  They want me to change out the locks after the close.  I told them I need a week to do it, as we are leaving on vacation right after close.  HUD closings have a lot of little oddities.  One thing interesting about this house.  I'm putting $1,000.00 into it right away, and I've been advertising for tenants for two weeks, and have 3-4 good leads, even before I own the house.  The turn from own to rent could be a record short span for me...could be 12 days...will see.
