Four Plex Reaping HUGE Rewards

Just checked out Hotpads, doing a little rent research, and the vacant but nearly identical similar building across the street with a new owner, is listing his units at $1100.00, over $200 higher than my rents.  I just raised rents $140.00 a month.  The market is roaring higher in my purchase area, making my cap # even better.  Feeling good today.

Want to buy another one.
