Property Management Company

We are hiring a property management company for our four plex starting July 1st.  I think the central problem is I live too close to it.  I'm always tempted to drive by it, to make sure everything is okay.  I get tenant texts about silly stuff.  And managing stuff like having to get keys to contractors, remind tenants to make payments on time, and the like is just too much.  I can make my time work for me better letting someone else handle all these tasks.  My wife is very pleased at this as well.  It does pinch my cash flow a bit, but this company is good at keeping up with rents, so we should be okay.
