Texas has 5 of the Nations top 10 Metro-plexes

According to the Brookings Institution, 5 big Texas cities have made the list for the nation's top 10 metropolitan areas. These are the Texas cities made the list:

  • - San Antonio
  • - Houston
  • - Austin
  • - Dallas
  • - McAllen

 The Brookings Institution tracks factors like wages, employment, home prices, and foreclosure rates to determine the best metro areas.
