Quick Update!

I have now gotten contracts and got a hold of some good deals, but almost ignoring the buyer's side. I have buyers, I just had the thought, "If I build it they will come". 

That is a little flawed in this business, and it may have worked for others. I'm changing that. I'm working with a professional as a consultant to find them the deals they want. 

Now I have to push harder to get the deals I've been acquiring to close.

I'm going to get that pipeline cash flowing!
