Note: Inspections during vacation are tedious!

So, I'm a back from a big family vacation! Galveston hosted 22 of us for a grand time. Now...to hit the ground running! First, my first offer was accepted BEFORE the vacation. Guess what I did with my free time at the vacation house? Yep, phone, internet, analysis, renegotiating. It wasn't as bad as I imagined it would be, out of town during my first inspection!!, but it did take up a big chunk of my free time. I close next Friday, so I think we ought to vacation again! (I don't think I can convince the other 21 people though.) This week has been tying loose ends for that deal. Also, I got funding!! You know what that means! I made 5 offers today. Four of them already got accepted! I will own 5 new properties by the end of this month! Oh goodness, I feel like this real estate stuff just got started and the ball is rolling fast! I imagine myself running behind a big Saint Bernard shouting out orders that just roll into the wind. If I can keep up I know this big dog will have to stop for a breath soon!!
