Ask Your Tax Professional About a Short Sale

  2. Thanks, I will try the HUD counselor. As for the pro bono- I can never find anyone willing to offer that up.

  3. I can usually find a pro bono person to answer questions for them. Another agent suggested referring them to a HUD counselor.

  4. Cindi, The sad thing is most, if not almost all of the clients we run into do not have a tax professional. So when it is recommended to seek advice, they really have no where to turn. What do you do when you have a client that does not or can not afford a tax professional?
