Lets get started

I find myself trying to balance work and play. I find I work more than I play as most do. I have decided to chase a passion of mine real estate, I want to become a realestate mogal if you will. I want to have my time be more focused on make my money work for me not makeing money for someone else. I feel that I am ready to make the leap. I have found alot of troulbe because starting out with no money is tuff to get noticed or even considered. So me and my partner are working haed to find creative ways to finace properties that are a win-win for the home owner and us. So I will keep you posted on this endevor!
