settle in after move in...

I have recently moved into a house that is in relatively good shape.  The owner has been after me to purchase his house.  He has stated that he just wants to get out from under this mortgage.  I just want to work my firsst deal and i figured this could be the chance i have been waiting for.  We have just spent the last week getting packed, moved and now unpacked.  All while working full time. Now its time for a much needed break.
