looking for realtors to work with my partner

i am also looking for realtors to work with. my partner own his mitigation company that will handle all the paperwork and negotiations. I need a realtor to represent me on both sides of the transaction,he will give realtors that work with us a full 6% commission of the price we resell the property for. There is no cost to the seller or the realtor
