Rent an Apartment or a Home?

These days as consumers, we're leaning more and more towards paying for experience. How do we feel about the purchase? What was the business exchange like? How was the product presented to me?

A renter is more likely to seal the deal, with the landlord/owner that has the smoothest processes. It seems easier to apply, be approved, and move into an apartment. One would also assume that service is going to be better at an apartment community, than with a landlord. Unfortunately, this is often the case.

Customer sentiment is important and key in your success as an owner/landlord.

Process planning is helpful, to maintain your customer experience, quality control. What steps does your renter need to take, to become a tenant? Minimizing and streamlining your processes not only increases your velocity, but it contributes greatly to "repeat customers"
