Let's grab a coffee and chat! What's all this business about mortgage note investing, you say? Glad you asked... Here at Top Shelf we specialize in acquiring non-performing mortgage notes and creating above average market returns for our capital investors.

Unlike traditional real estate investment firms, we have the toolbox with the largest collection of exit strategies because of the types of investments we pursue. And investments are secured by the physical real estate itself. We live and breathe for three things: to deliver better-than-market returns to investors, to help note sources move non-performing assets off their books, and to help capable homeowners retain their homes.

We're a smaller, boutique firm so we have an added level of flexibility that other firms might be lacking. We underwrite all deals based on investment requirements. Top Shelf works to create win-win scenarios by customizing pools, buying in bulk, or purchasing one note at a time.
