Demo Day

First things first.....I was a able to cash in on the demo by keeping all the copper water lines, copper electrical wire, & HVAC line set. Taken to scrap yard for a little bit of cash that I'll re-invest back into duplex.  Also, while we were tearing out the 2x8 floor joist, instead of loading them in the dumpster, I placed them alongside of it and within site from street view. Less than 4 days into it, some guys showed up wanting them...saved on the dump bill. Same person in interested in the old windows & vinyl siding that will be replaced in 2 weeks.
