First look at REO homes

This past Friday I took the day off work and spent it in New Haven, CT looking at REO multifamily. Although I was only able to get to 3 houses, I certainly got a feel for what bank owned properties were like. Not only was I able to look at houses, but I was able to get a feel for the community. Asked a few locals about the area, which was certainly helpful to get a local feel the area. I learned that there are some REO properties that need a lot of work! I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty, I need something that's a bit more move in ready.

Also, today I will be visiting somebody that I met from one of the Meetup gatherings. I'm looking forward to hearing what they have to say and hopefully I will be able to learn!
