Need your advise  I have a plan for a up-scale villa project in the Dominican Republic consisting of 450 custom homes /plaza /green areas . I need an investor /partner to front the DD Cost of app. $25,000 for this investment will return over 1.5 million  usd  help me out I know some one out there is a bold investor or tell how to find them   thanks    Walt
