Finally Closed

Alright... finally closed and now the fun begins... 

1st problem - learned I need a utility inspection by code enforcement before electric and gas can be turned on.  That sounds expensive, but I hope not.

Entertained several contractors out of the six I had scheduled... one showed up and thought the project was commercial, two flaked out, and 3 actually looked at the place.  One indicated that there GC rate tacks on another 20% to 30% to the total cost.  That's not something I can absorb in this project. I really hope that's only this one guy...
