Finally! Overcoming Real Estate analysis paralysis

Well after spending lots of time, perhaps to long I have made an offer that has been accepted.

Buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do, imagine not visiting it, not being in the same state or even the same country. Am I stressed? Not really.  You do so much research, you listen to so many people,  pod casts, books etc.  But after a while you have to take the plunge.

To be honest it's a relief  to finally try things out, it's nice to finally see if my system works.

If it doesn't?  At least I would have narrowed down my options.  If your dream, your why is big enough then it's worth the risk.  You can always recover, do you want to be doing the same job in the same situation you are in now in twenty years time wondering what would life be like if I had followed my dreams?

With so many people on BP you can get as much help as you need,  your own dream team.  With a TEAM - Together Everyone Achieves More.

Follow my journey

Nick

  1. I am in that place now.  I am trying to decide between two possible deals and I find myself overthinking on a regular basis.  I know once the first deal is done I will be over the hump but getting there is the hard part.

    Congrats on getting there.

  2. Congrats, I was in your situation 4 years ago and taking the jump let to many success for me.

  3. Congrats Nick! I look forward to seeing how this plays out! Let us know how we can help!
