What States Do We Buy Notes In?

Someone just asked me where we like to buy notes, and I thought about it for a moment, and said any Non-Judicial state south of the Mason Dixon line.

For those of you who were not taught this in history classes, the Mason Dixon line was the line between free and slave states during our Civil War. It separated those damn Yankees from the south, and those are the states we typically prefer to buy in.

There is a plethora of reasons to buy notes in these states:

  • Non Judicial Foreclosure Option
  • Short Foreclosure Times
  • Low Foreclosure Fees
  • Quick Exit Strategies

Though with the tsunami of new investors in the note space, prices have shot up, and we are forced to look to those damn Yankee states now for possible deals. We will let you know how we do!
