My first high end flip

I purchased this home in Yakima, WA this month.  It is the oldest home on the block because the original owner, who built a custom home in 1977, sold the land surrounding it in 2005 and a year later builders came in and built high end homes.  The newer homes around the area are selling for $350k to $450k.  My goal is to update this home and turn from the eye sore of the neighborhood to a gem.  Take a look at the out side:

This is the only home in the area that has a pool and it has a diving board, which means it is at least 8' deep!  Pools are too expensive to build these days and we may have gotten a deal. I will show you the inside as I go.  Stay tuned in and thanks for following.
