How to become a REO contractor

I was wondering if anybody could give me advice on how to become a REO contractor

I would also like to know how do I start the reo clean out's I own a dump truck I already have a business in existing. I guess my question would be can I start the clean out with my business in place now?

Why not try the banks themselves? It may take a few times to get up the chain of command to who is responsible. But if the price is right, who knows?
