How to become a REO contractor

I was wondering if anybody could give me advice on how to become a REO contractor

Comments (6)

 1. I would also like to know how do I start the reo clean out's I own a dump truck I already have a business in existing. I guess my question would be can I start the clean out with my business in place now?

 2. Lisa - Why not break it down for us, then?

 3. It's actually a little more complicated than that. I am a consultant helping someone in california to set up a reo clean up company. For more information send me an e-mail at [email protected]

 4. Why not try the banks themselves? It may take a few times to get up the chain of command to who is responsible. But if the price is right, who knows?

 5. I currently work for a company that cleans out foreclosed homes and i was wondering if anybody could give me advise on how to go out on my own and bid jobs through REO agents

 6. Hey Gonzalo. Can you go into a bit more detail about your question? I'd recommend posting it in the forums, as that's a better place to get advice, as opposed to the blogs, which are better for sharing knowledge and experiences.
