Day 1 - ish

Today is what I consider Day 1 in my journey as a new wholesaler in Los Angeles.  Day 1 is filled with a lot of firsts.  This is my first day as a member of Bigger Pockets.  This is my first post on Bigger Pockets.  Although I've read probably hundreds of blogs, this is my first blog.  Actually I am not even sure what a blog is, but that's a discussion for another time.  

Those firsts aside, what makes this Day 1 is that today is the first day I started as a wholesaler.  And by my humble opinion it is Day 1 because today I sent out my postcards.  921 of them to be exact.  And although I put a month or so of prep work into it, everything I did up to this point was for lack of better terms just that, "prep work".  I feel like with the mailers going out, now I will begin to see the real workings of a wholesaler.  And so begins Day 1 of the Journey of a new wholesaler.

I am very excited to start this journey.  I feel like it is a major step in getting me to my first major goal: escaping the rat race.  I have dreams of grandeur and I am confident that it will happen.  I look forward to updating this blog with real results very soon.
