New Year Resolution - Real Estate Goals for 2015

 "I dont have enough money to be a real estate investor" I have heard that statement countless times.  Over the past few years I have discovered that if you find a real deal you can always find the money...  You just need to be a little creative.

For the year 2015 I am going to grow a budget of $0 into a nice pile of equity and cash and I will chronicle the experience with fun, educational and motivating videos.  Wholesale deals, retail deals, long term holds, partnerships, commercial properties and real estate commissions all created on a $0 budget.

 The reason this blog post is being published in February is that I have have been working not writing and while the videos and blogs take a little time to be published I am excited to announce that I have already done two SFH deals and I am working on a 14,000 sq ft commercial building deal all without using any of my money.

The successful deals I have done are still in process so I cannot share the videos of them just yet however I will share some videos of homes I did not pull the trigger on.

I viewed this home last fall and while it was not part of the 2015 real estate chronicle it was a fun practice video to shoot and the house had a big surprise...  If those walls could talk I would take them out for a beer and find out the story behind the attic.
