Filling in a pool with dirt

I have a beautiful lined swimming pool in Orlando Florida. Someone wants to buy My house  but wants to fill the pool in with dirt. Keep in mind this is a lined vinyl swimming pool inground. There is 5 feet leeway from fence to house to bring the dirt in. Is there anyone interested in this job and how much would it cost to do this?
