JV Needed

I have just created my company but have been in the business of banking for over 10 years. I bought my first asset in China which has returned a 500% ROI. I would like to start doing business here but need funding. I am willing to work hard and do the leg work but need a JV to put up the capital. My split is more than generous as I am looking to gain trust not money at the moment.
