potential sellers

I just put two offers in today with the help of another investor and it was not a win for us.  The offers did not get accepted.  The first house was built in 1930 and was is bad shape, the second house was newer and had renters that destroyed the inside. Both needed repairs, the owners were not motivated to sell today.  It was great to finally put an offer in on a property.
