Super Bowl 2012 Legacy Project

Indianapolis is in the midst of a neighborhood revitalization project. Our local CDC, Indy-East Asset Development, plans to rehab/build 300 homes in the Near Eastside as part of the Super Bowl Legacy Project.

A partnership with several large local developers has been formed and designs are being formulated for building to begin in 2010!!

Through the city's "Great Indy Neighborhood Initiative" (GINI), the Near Eastside has developed a Quality of Life Plan (Check it out at www.indyeast.org). Implementation of the this plan was chosen as the Super Bowl 2012's Legacy Project, and will include a new athletic facility at Arsenal Tech High School.

This redevelopment project will revitalize and improve businesses in the area, as well as the housing market. This project has enormous potential and creates a great opportunity for investors!!
