Craigslist

I am brand new to the world of craigslist when it comes to marketing for Real Estate. I have started out doing the traditional "we buy houses" type of post. I posted about four ads so far and have yet to hear back. what is the ratio you guys encounter when it comes to number of ads per response? much appreciated feedback!
