I told you so
DISCLAIMER: READ AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
No, I do not have much real estate experience.
No, I do not own or manage any properties (I currently rent my own home).
Yes, I have worked for a mortgage company (mainly stuffing envelopes with marketing material to homeowners).
Yes, I have bought a "guru" program (or two) and magically didn't become rich
Some may say, "What business do you have writing a blog then?"
Well, I did win an award for writing the most journal entries in my entire elementary school when I was a kid. Does that count?
Umm....other than that this officially would be my first "journal entry" since that period of my life. My main goal in doing this is to hold myself accountable in my journey. Also to get my thoughts out of my big block head I used to get teased about in middle school.
Future entries will include- studying for my brokers exam and plotting and planning for my exit out of the world of others telling me how many hours per week I can work and how much I will be paid per hour.
So, no, I don't have knowledge, but wheat I do have is an insatiable passion for this business and the thirst to learn and become the best version of myself I can possibly be.
Stay tuned......

Exactly, to me, it is not about all the numbers, its about sharing what you have, someone out there might find it useful, or it may motivate them to keep pushing forward. I wrote a blog a couple weeks ago about driving up and down a mountain, and how I apply it to real estate :) I still surprise myself how observing everyday actions can help keep motivation up, or improve traits that directly relate to success in real estate.
Glad you made the time to write something.
