No Money? No Plan? Back to School!

What do you do when you have a passion for real estate investing with no real working knowledge of your market nor start-up capital to start your journey? That's where I found myself on the 1st day of 2015. Having just moved to Las Vegas a few months ago, I face the same problem that plagues every would-be investor: Do I take the plunge and ignore analysis paralysis or do I play it safe and hide behind the mountain of endless research I should look up before putting any money on the line? 

It was the inability to decide between the two choices coupled with the lack of capital and knowledge that led me to pursue a Nevada Real Estate Salesperson (or Agent outside of Nevada) license. I've decided that since I cannot immediately take action about the capital problem, I can at least obtain a working knowledge by immersing myself in the market via making it my business to be an expert in the market. 

Today was my 1st day of class and I knew I made the right choice.
