What's Happening Now

Still lots of activity in my local market with multiple offers on REOS, very little success with free and clear houses as most people still want to cash out.

 Had an offer accepted today on REO on mls for over 185 days - 3/2 1400 sq ft - needs roof and complete remodel - accpeted offer of $70k - $40k rehab and ARV of $175k.

 Will keep my fabulous crew busy for 5 weeks or so.

 Working on Trustee Sales for next few months to evalulate results.
