My first lead pages

Hi, I am Mason. I'm an investor in South Carolina. I use lease options and owner financing to purchase houses. My problem was getting a good lead on a buyer and installing them in a timely manner.

I would get a house and then market to find a qualified buyer. That way works and I am sure some people are very successful with it. For me, I wanted an easier way. I ran into all the problems most investors do. I wanted the property filled asap. I felt like I was choosing the best of the worse. I would get the perfect buyer but they would need 3 months to move in. I was fed up. All that work to settle on the one that had a heartbeat.

I found lead pages. (Loud Sounds of Crowd Cheering!)

You could capture the data of people wanting to buy a house and keep the information. Over time, you can pick the good ones to send a new listing to. I know all this may sound like old news. Not everybody knows what you do. If they did, your services would not be needed....

I looked into how to make my own and looked at different service providers. You need to host the page, database, and email somewhere. I did a lot of reading. I did a ton of creating. All I can say is find a good company and go with them. My end product, the one I made, looked like my 2 year old made it.

I started using lead pages for everything. You can change the forms to ask anything you want. I use them on a motivated home buyers website, a rent to own, and a wholesale/cash buyer website.

I have less than a month with this company. So far I love them but it is a little too soon to write a review. I'll update.

Happy selling

Mason Nettles
