private investor....returns?

Hi fellow bigger pocket friends!

Just wondering what a good return to offer a private investor?

I specialize in single family properties....50-80k...rent for 700-900.

BTW - if you go to the <a href="http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog">BiggerPockets Blog</a>, you'll see that we did a series on private money. Just do a search there and you'll find a bunch of great articles that should answer your questions.
