VERY GOOD - Mentoring HELP

Hi All!!!!

I just spent 2 months with Brian Gibbons...Bigger Pockets coach.

While I am a seasoned investor...He worked 1-1 with me and helped SIGNIFICANTLY increase my income. He provided a great education and added insights to my LEASE-PURCHASE Business.

There has never been a better time to start a home business where: - you put up signs for tenant buyers, invite them to coffee, find out their dream home requirements, and get a "letter of intent" signed to confirm they want you to find them a lease option home. - you go find that house (we use signs and the internet - craigslist, etc) and tell the seller why he - she should bother with either a rent to own or land contract or wrap - AITD to get full price and avoid a realtor commission) . You enter into a contract as a principal with the seller with his - her consent to assign (sell) the deal to a third party. - once you persuade the seller, you contact the best buyer candidates to see the house. Once the buyer is chosen, and the agreements are signed, you deliver the final paperwork to the seller, and cash your fee. This is easier than wholesaling - flipping, and takes about 7 - 10 hours per deal. I make $5000 a deal, which is over $500 a hour. I like that! Phone me for mentoring - coaching. Your Lease Purchase Business (where you lease option and assign for a fee) in the western suburbs of Ohio is an extremely successful one. You paid attention to the coaching, and implemented it, which allowed you to have your best gross income ever in a a SLOW month of Jan 2010! Your ability to always look for opportunities and "elevator speech" your Lease Purchase business gets you many "out of the blue" referrals.
