Hello to the BiggerPockets Community.

Hello All -  Looking down the road into retirement, I see that I would live modestly on my retirement money saved.  Without details, it is not the way I want to retire.  This leads to starting a Property Investment Company, and I could not be more enthused.  It seems that specialized learning is absolutely required that is not taught in public schools.  From my various sources of learning, it is apparent that this entrepreneurial endeavor will require that I come out of my home office and start networking with like minded people.  Armed with a stack of books, a few seminars, and a life time of experience, my new company will keep contacts, take leads, work in collaboration with like minded people, profit, and help the communities in which I work a better place.  We will be improving the community by rehabilitating homes, and by giving to various charities from our profits.  Members of our LLC want to contribute to homeless, hungry, and scholarships for potential entrepreneurs that may not be successful in public schools.  Time will tell.  Feel free to follow my progress.
