Thank you for reading my blog! I have been studying everything I can get my hands on about real estate wholesaling. Not only does this look like a no nonsense way to make money. 

It makes the most sense for someone in my position. I have sub par credit and no real estate experience or history. I'm also, how should I say this? Broke. I am one of those! Okay, anyways I'm excited about starting my journey on the road to my first wholesale deal.

 I would really appreciate any genuine and honest help. I know genuine and honest are two rare words in this business. I believe many people out there are honest.
