Been looking on BP for a while and haven't found a blog for apartment investing (ok maybe I haven't looked that hard). But I wanted a place where newbies and seasoned investors only interested in apartment investing could meet and communicate. 

A little about me. I always wanted to invest in RE but never had the right mindset or people around me. Now that I have both I'm ready to get in and dirty.
