My Flip Adventures Takes 3

Again, my first flip will not be done for another 2-3 weeks. This very frustrating not be finished by my previous timeline. Good news, the second potential buyer is coming to view the property this weekend.

Lessons Learned:

1. Real estate investment is hard work especially if you are doing most of the work.

2. If you are married, then have your roles defined to avoid conflict and ego.

3. Ok to have children with you during the experience as this may teach them a lesson about the relationship between money and work; however, do note they can slow you down.

4. Pick your fixtures consistent with the level of the neighborhood, not what you would want in your home.
