New Year New Goals

I know it's a little late to be doing my goal setting but I want to get this down in writing.

This year I have some pretty aggressive goals both in investing and on the retail brokerage side.  

Investing

-Wholesale 5 deals

-Complete 5 lease-options

-Acquire 3 real estate notes

-Complete first rehab as a JV with Seller

-Network with at least 5 potential private money partners/week

Brokerage

-$250K GCI

-5 listing appointments/week

-Find an agent-investor partner

-Make my first administrative hiring
