Renting for people with no credit

The rental owner or property management company checks our credit-worthiness, not yours. When a landlord, owner or property manager is deciding to rent to a prospective tenant, good credit is generally the deciding factor. If the landlord, owner or property manager feels secure that the lease obligations will be fulfilled by someone they can rely on that is taking on the responsibility of the renter with less than perfect credit, essentially this is the guarantee the lessor is looking for.
